OUR HISTORY

Extended meet started by the Clinton Kinsmen in 1970 with the introduction of Pari-Mutuel Wagering. In 1983, after much dedication, and hard work the Clinton Kinsmen the decision was made to turn the reins over to a board of directors, and in March of 1983 Clinton Raceway Inc was formed.

Since then, live racing has continued to thrive in the small community, with an average of 20 live dates a year, Clinton is the heart of harness racing from May - September. 

OUR FACILITIES

Clinton Raceway is a great destination, for the entire family. Located in the heart of Huron County Clinton Raceway's facilities include a 1/2 mile track, stabling for 32 horses, and paddock for 100 horses on race days.

Come for the races and stay for our picnic areas and swimming pool, Cafe, and Slots facility. We feature 100+ of your favorite slot machines ranging from .01 to $1 machines. 

Our fully licensed Raceway Cafe is open 365 days a year, serving up fresh, home cooked meals daily! Our daily feature is available from 11 am to 7:00 pm with a menu to choose from as well.
